Winter Wellbeing: Support available in the community

With shorter days, a bite in the air and keeping warm in the face of rising costs, winter can be a tricky season to navigate for some. It’s important to know where you can seek support, if needed, and fortunately in Wadebridge the John Betjeman Centre are doing what they can to provide fantastic resources, plus there are some other wonderful community organisations willing to offer a helping hand and a friendly smile in times of need.
